Terms & Conditions 

Forest House Facebook Competition 

1. This competition applies to a two-night stay between the 3rd and 31st of January 2024 only, subject to the house being unsold. Check in will be at 4pm and check out by 4pm on the day of departure. 

2. Customers will be bound by Big House Holiday Lets Ltd. full terms & conditions as shown on our website www.bhhl.co.uk and as given at the time of booking. 

exceptions applied are as follows: 

1) A security deposit of £500.00 shown on our website still applies. 

2) It will be collected by 12 midday exactly 1 week prior to the stay. Failure to pay the damages deposit as per the agreed timescale will result in the stay being cancelled. The deposit is a requirement of the stay. The deposit is treated exactly as stated in our usual terms & conditions. 

3)The Hot tub if required will attract a hire charge of £220 which must be paid at the same time as the Security Bond 

3. Date confirmation and a guest list will be required before confirming the booking and will be checked over by Big House Holiday Lets 

4. Competition rules listed in the Facebook post must apply. 

a) You must follow Big House Holiday Lets on Facebook. 

b) You must like, share and tag a friend. 

5. The prize cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent or for an alternative date in any circumstances. 

6. The prize cannot be sold in any circumstances. 

7. Big House Holiday Lets reserve the right to withdraw the booking at any time if terms & conditions are not adhered to. 

8. Competition closes at midday on December 21st and the winner will be informed by 5pm on the same day.  

9. If you are the competition winner, you will be contacted via the official Big House Holiday Lets Facebook account on Dec ember 21st asking for your email address. If you are contacted by any fraudulent accounts, please ignore their communications and report them.
